The House

Paws & Relax in Fort Morgan, Alabama was custom designed and built in 2019 to meet the needs of our family and those of our guests. We designed and decorated Paws & Relax so our family and guests feel like they are at home to include a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and outdoor amenities.

Outside....

Enjoy the gulf and bay views and breezes with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the comfortably furnished, covered front deck. Dog-gated to keep your furry family members safely secured.

Just a short walk down our quiet, dead end street to the dune walkover to get your toes in the sand.

Paws & Relax is dog friendly. Unfortunately, due to owner allergies, no other pets are allowed.

Summer is peak season; spring and fall bring fewer crowds and lower rates and winter is quiet and warmer than being in the northern states.

Our rates vary based on date and demand. Last-minute discounts can be available, and these discounts will be reflected in the quote you are given by the website. 

About us...

We can't wait to host you! We first visited Fort Morgan in September of 2017 in search of a place we could enjoy a beach vacation with our dog, Roxy. A coworker mentioned Fort Morgan so we set off searching for a place to stay. We were uncertain how that first drive and visit to the Gulf would go...especially since she had already demonstrated a hatred for all things water (pools, baths, etc.)...and then add on a substantially longer car ride than she had ever been on before. Needless to say, it went better than we could have ever dreamed. We ALL absolutely loved it. On our third trip to the area in 2018 we got a wild idea to build a house of our own here. The rest is history. Paws & Relax was completed and opened to our very first guests in July 2019. Since then we have continued to update and upgrade to provide our guests with the best stay possible.
